Seine Pacific Capital Partners is a boutique private equity firm with head office in Singapore.  We are passionate about building small and mid-sized companies through process improvements, growth and capital investment.  To support our investment and consultancy activities in Southeast Asia, we seek qualified candidates for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst and Business Advisory Operations Improvement Analyst roles.

Interns will participate in an intense immersion and mentor-based M&A internship. 

This internship is great for students exploring careers in:
Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
Marketing
Management Consulting
Or any student entrepreneur interested in starting or running a business. 

Students from all classes and majors are welcome to apply. Interns will be trained to, and must be willing to do the following:
1) Perform industry and market research
2) Perform strategic and financial analysis, analyzing financial statements, preparing financial models, conducting company specific research
3) Perform operational analysis and improvement plans
4) Perform rigourous financial analysis of sales development, gross profit margins, operational costs, trade working capital, capital expenditures and cash flows of capital partners and advisory clients

Qualifications include, but are not limited to ability to complete assignments on time, strong research and analytical skills, ability manage multiple complex tasks, ability work under pressure. Proficiency on excel, power point, and word is required. Candidates must be responsible, hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.    Assignment Length: 3-6 months
