Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst 

​We are seeking four M&A interns to participate an intense immersion and mentor-based M&A internship. Interns will learn how a private equity M&A team functions, how various industries and businesses relate to each other, and how private equity (PE) buyers find, value, negotiate, and structure.
This internship is great for students exploring careers in:
Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
Marketing
Management Consulting
Or anyone interested in starting, running, or purchasing a business.
 
Students from all classes and majors are welcome to apply. Interns will be trained to, and must be willing to do the following:
1) Perform industry and market research
2) Define M&A acquisition target criteria
3) Identify potential acquisition targets and set market and geographic priorities
4) Perform strategic and financial analysis, analyzing financial statements, preparing financial models, conducting company specific research
5) Develop pitch books and management presentations
6) Develop M&A marketing plans
 
Qualifications include, but are not limited to ability to complete assignments on time, strong research and analytical skills, ability manage multiple complex tasks, ability work under pressure. Proficiency on excel, power point, and word is required. Candidates must be responsible, hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.    Assignment Length: 3-6 months

Singapore Covid-19 Update and Return to Work Operating Practices

With the reduction in new cases of COVID-19 and increased measure of controls proving effective, the Singapore government announced that more people would be allowed to return to their respective workplace.
 
Safe management measures remain in place and employers are encouraged to implement measures such as flexible working hours and staggered reporting times.
 
All of these requirements went into effect from September 28, 2020 for general workplace settings.
